Simone Jonelle has more than 25 years experience in Sales and Marketing across a number of industries including real estate, technology, banking and freight.
Having had significant success in growing small NZ businesses, one of which was a neighbouring residential real estate and property management franchise, Simone brings her wide range of skills to the Ellerslie market where she will support the Bayleys team through an exciting growth phase.
No matter what phase the property market is in, Simone has the experience to ensure her team are focused and disciplined, and that they have all the tools and negotiation skills required to deliver exceptional results. Simone has a desire for every member of her team to see their personal businesses’ flourish due to their past clients valuing their own customer experience to such an extent they consistently refer family and friends back to their trusted sales professional from the Ellerslie Bayleys office.
Simone’s unique point of difference is her vast knowledge and broad experience in knowing the keys to unlock success within a start up/small business, and that includes having previously built personal brands and coached a number of Auckland’s top performing real estate sales people. One of those keys is the ability to leverage the benefits of systems and technology without compromising the need to build and develop personal relationships. How to build and develop trusted personal relationships, in the busyness of todays world, is of course another big key.
Simone volunteers in numerous capacities and gives her time freely to mentor salespeople across several industries. She is also the founder and advisor to a social enterprise start-up that is a community parking initiative for schools.
