Currently leading the team at Bayleys Pukekohe, Sharleen’s commitment is second to none. A valued member of Bayley for over 16 years now Sharleen joined the management team having come from a role as a top performing Salesperson with a consistent sales history and being awarded many regional and national awards over the years. This front line experience and knowledge allows her to work effectively assisting her team where ever and whenever required. Sharleen’s collaborative mindset helps nurture a culture which is conducive to success; an environment where each individual feels comfortable, confident and supported.

In the past Sharleen has had an extensive background in most things equestrian, specializing in Show jumping, competing with a team of horses throughout New Zealand. Having a huge appetite for competition and having been successful in a number of sports at a high level, this same drive and commitment is now used to the fullest supporting her team.

Sharleen enjoys the challenge of growing her team and helping our clients to achieve their real estate dreams. Sharleen’s extensive negotiating skills and ability to keep a level head throughout the real estate process has proven very beneficial to many. Closing deals and helping people move forward is a real highlight in Sharleen’s working week.
