Dave Stanley has notched up 16 years in the real estate industry with Bayleys Real Estate. Cementing a very successful sales career with them for five years in the Papakura office then taking up a management position where he led the Bayleys Manukau sales team for six and a half years.
With skill sets that best suit the daily cut and thrust of the sales arena Dave restarted his selling career, working primarily – but not exclusively, in Development land and Investment sales
Dave has good knowledge of land values and what is happening in the development area, plus he has an extensive database of land developers and Investors.
