Working across the commercial property spectrum in the Southern and Western corridors, he has tackled some of the more difficult jobs in the area and is proud to have achieved success - he found valuable tenants to lease in an unpopular mall with no previous anchors; he found the right buyer for a contaminated service station plot.
For Janak, it is not the size of a deal that spells success, but how innovative he has been in sourcing the right buyer or leaser to the long-term benefit of his clients.
Janak communicates well with a broad range of vendors. Working for family retail stores growing up, he has a natural affinity with small business owners, not only understanding their business needs, but of how diligently they have worked for the investment monies they have collected. He works especially hard to ensure the best possible deals for them and that clients are informed and guided through each step of an often-daunting property transaction. Further, Janak ensures that vendor marketing money has the best possible reach and he has the social media and technical savvy to ensure same.
