About Beterly

Beterly Pan is an investment sales specialist at Bayleys NorthWest Commercial.  Beterly has built up strong relationships with West Auckland clientele, specialising in Investment and Development site sales Beterly has concluded over $120,000,000 of sales in her career predominantly consisting of West Auckland Investment and Development sales. She has achieved one of the largest commercial sales comprising of a $30 million Auckland CBD office building in the very first year of her real estate career at Bayleys. She is the one of the top female commercial brokers in the country for year 2021/2022.

Beterly graduated from University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She is proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Beterly was the National Chinese Scholarship recipient and has also published 6 Chinese articles in City Publication, Southern Daily and the Chinese Youth Daily in the past. 

Beterly has developed strong key client management and customer service skills within Fortune 500 company A.P.MollerMaersk Group (Maersk Line New Zealand) and Reid Marketing Research Services. Combined with experienced sales and natural communication skills, her passion and commitment towards her clients are always well received and acknowledged.

Outside work Beterly loves her fitness, she enjoys her triathlon experience.  Tennis, running, swimming,  Literature, music, fashion and travelling are also her passion.
