With over nine years of experience marketing and selling property across multiple asset classes, including farms, commercial properties, and subdivisions from concept to completion, Shona built her Real Estate career in the provincial and rural communities of South Auckland and North Waikato. Now in Timaru, she continues her service with Bayleys across the South Canterbury region, bringing extensive commercial acumen and vibrant energy — a combination that consistently delivers exceptional outcomes.

Introducing a fresh and energetic perspective to South Canterbury, Shona brings experience in marketing property while being extremely client focused. Exhibiting the quintessential Kiwi 'can-do' attitude along with strong rural values, Shona delivers a streamlined, reliable, and ultimately successful experience for her clients. She is solutions-oriented and has a commitment to efficiency via availability and dedication.

Shona made a seamless transition into real estate following a distinguished career in middle and senior management, with a focus on business development and operations across 1PL to 4PL. Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including FMCG, QSR, growing media and the stock-feed sectors which included upcycling of food waste into stockfeed. She has been instrumental in establishing, developing, and scaling medium to larger businesses – This has also reflected in the scope and success of complex projects she has been tasked with managing and executing. Her extensive leadership experience and deep understanding of client priorities have proven invaluable in consistently delivering exceptional outcomes.

Shona’s unwavering dedication to achieving results, coupled with her extensive experience, gives her a deep understanding of clients' priorities. This allows her to consistently deliver meaningful, value-driven outcomes.

Giving back to the community is a core part of Shona’s life and values. Having actively raised funds for national organisations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Graeme Dingle Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, Hospice, and Paw Justice. Her dedication was formally recognised in 2019 when she received the annual “Best in Community” award for Bayleys BRE. Now based in Timaru, Shona continues to actively engage with a range of community and charitable organisations, as well as local business networks including the Chamber of Commerce and The Networkers South Canterbury, fostering meaningful connections and collaborative opportunities.
