Shona made a seamless transition into real estate following a distinguished career in middle and senior management, with a focus on business development and operations across 1PL to 4PL. Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including FMCG, QSR, growing media and the stock-feed sectors which included upcycling of food waste into stockfeed. She has been instrumental in establishing, developing, and scaling medium to larger businesses – This has also reflected in the scope and success of complex projects she has been tasked with managing and executing. Her extensive leadership experience and deep understanding of client priorities have proven invaluable in consistently delivering exceptional outcomes.

Giving back to the community is a core part of Shona’s life and values. Having actively raised funds for national organisations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Graeme Dingle Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, Hospice, and Paw Justice. Her dedication was formally recognised in 2019 when she received the annual “Best in Community” award for Bayleys BRE. Now based in Timaru, Shona continues to actively engage with a range of community and charitable organisations, as well as local business networks including the Chamber of Commerce and The Networkers South Canterbury, fostering meaningful connections and collaborative opportunities.
