Paul has experience in providing valuation and consultancy advice across all property sectors including rental arbitrations and expert witness appearances. He offers a diverse range of valuation skills acquired over the 28 plus years involved in the industry and is highly regarded in the commercial and local market by his professional clients and his valuation peers.
This depth of valuation experience covers all facets from the establishment of current market values, insurance, existing use, compensation, rental assessments, arbitrations and also specialist valuation advice. Recent work includes major office rent reviews for Victoria University, the 6,000 sqm Vodafone tenancy and the 18,000 sqm BNZ building on the waterfront. Paul has also recently undertaken the asset re-valuations of the New Zealand Police portfolio nationwide, Greater Wellington Regional Council’s water assets and the NZ Post Property portfolio. Bayleys Valuations Limited has provided valuation advice to CentrePort regarding their property portfolio encompassing both freehold and leasehold interests and is regularly engaged by listed property institutions to complete asset valuations of Wellington based properties for financial reporting.
