Chris joined Bayleys Valuations in 2014 following six years living in the UK and working in the London property market. Previous experience includes four years with Seagar & Partners in the Auckland CBD, during which time he qualified as a Registered Valuer in 2007. Chris studied at the University of Auckland, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Property.

Chris focuses on commercial and industrial properties throughout Auckland, undertaking valuations for various purposes including mortgage lending, financial reporting, rent reviews, insurance and land value apportionments for depreciation purposes.

Chris has gained a broad range of valuation experience during the past 12 years working in the NZ and UK property markets. During his time with Bayleys Valuations, Chris has been involved with various portfolio valuations working on behalf of clients such as Augusta Capital and Auckland Transport, with many of these properties valued in excess of $10M. Chris has also completed land valuations for Sime Darby and valued various blocks of land on a hypothetical subdivision basis.

Chris works throughout the Auckland region and has also recently completed valuations for bulk retail and large scale industrial properties in Hamilton.
