Tim has been in the Property Industry since 2003 having held various roles including Development, Management and Valuation. He is currently a Director of Valuation Services for Bayleys Valuations Limited and provides valuation advice for a variety of property types and scenarios together with acting as an Expert Witness. As a Registered Valuer, his areas of focus are on industrial and residential property including developments and rental assessments for a wide range of purposes including financing, dispute resolution, due diligence and insurance.

Tim is a Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand, is an Associate Member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and has contributed to the Industry having held positions on the Auckland Branch of PINZ and serving on the Standards Board for several years. Tim is passionate about the mentoring of new Valuers to the industry and takes a key role in assisting the Valuers at Bayleys who are going through the Registration process.
