It would have been easy for Campbell to follow the well-travelled path to university, with many of his peers having made that decision. But with a passion for success, and a mature confidence that his strengths lay in dealing with people, a career in the real estate industry was an obvious choice for Campbell Gill.

 

Thriving in the lifestyle that the Marlborough region offers, Campbell excelled throughout school and the sports arena. Leaving Marlborough Boys College as deputy head boy, leadership roles helped develop and hone his communication skills to give him the ability to relate to people in all walks of life.

 

With parents who held a keen interest in property, having both renovated homes and mastered new builds, his affinity for property was established at an early age. Campbell’s focus, drive and clarity soon had him snatched up by Glenn Dick and the Bayleys team, where his mentors excitedly realised that his skillset and passion to better himself were ideally matched to the role of a licensed salesperson. True to his can-do attitude, enthusiasm and courage to forge ahead, Campbell jumped at the opportunity to progress to this next role.

 

In a changing real estate industry, being technology savvy and an understanding of how to work systems and strategies is a direct advantage. Most importantly though, is a genuine ability to connect, communicate with people and build strong relationships.

 

Without distractions or commitments, his lofty goals, commitment to providing excellent service, and huge desire to succeed will see him shine in the real estate industry.
