Grant has a Bachelor of Property Administration and joined Bayleys Wellington in 1993 after three years as a registered valuer and research analyst. He specialises in investment and development sales in the Wellington CBD core and city fringe and in the Hutt Valley. He has achieved in excess of $650million in sales over his career.
