Matthew Morris is a member of the Bayleys Wellington Commercial Sales and Leasing team.

Matthew specialises in the competitive Wellington City office leasing and sales market.

Matthew’s credentials to date include, 2022 Commercial Rookie of the Year, National Top 20 in deals settled 2021/2022 & National Top 20 in deals settled 2022/2023.

Matthew is a graduate from The University of Waikato where he gained a Bachelor of Management Studies.

Throughout University Matthew was able to implement this theory by establishing his own business to fund his studies. Matthew is now determined to further implement and evolve his knowledge by assisting clients in the Wellington market in a Commercial Real Estate career.

Being customer-driven is at the forefront of Matthew’s characteristics. Matthew is also extremely focused to deliver results and driven to perform.

Matthew’s determination to succeed and diligent work ethic are products of his years competing as an elite amateur golfer.

Matthew has represented New Zealand at an age-group level. Matthew has progressed through the age group level to become a provincial player for Waikato, Canterbury, Bay of Plenty and Wellington.

Matthew’s elite presence in the National Golf scene stands him in great stead in a competitive commercial property arena.
