About Luke


Luke Frecklington is an experienced commercial broker and specialises in city office leasing. Dealing with a large number of corporate and government tenants, Luke has completed over 250 lease transactions.

Prior to Luke’s appointment at Bayleys Capital Commercial, he has been working as a commercial broker for Harcourts in Wellington.

Luke also has a background in farming, having gained tertiary qualifications and spending part of his working life managing hill country stations around the North Island.

Following this, Luke moved back to the Manawatu to manage the family farm. After successfully leasing the farm out, he moved to Wellington to start a career in commercial real estate.
