In the last 3-4 years, and have looked at a lot of property in Havelock North and have been constantly dismayed at the poor quality of agents I have run in to, and I would have to say that Caleb is probably the best I have met. I run a real estate company in Wellington with 43 agents, and probably have high expectations, but Caleb has been fantastic in all aspects. His manner is enthusiastic and friendly, he was helpful and efficient getting information to me, and made at least 2-3 follow up calls prior to the Auction (most unusual).
