Personally I felt we were informed of everything,at no time did I feel I wasn’t told what was happening or what to expect,and Charlotte just made us feel kept up to date all the time. Nothing felt like it was to much trouble for her,and I emailed her whenever I had a question and sometimes that was on a Sunday ( because of our internet) but it was never a problem,she would answer immediately. A lovely person to work with and have on your side.

Neither Andy nor Charlotte were pushy or hyper OTT people. Charlotte did most of the hard yards with a diverse group of people, most of whom had an idealised idea of what lifestyle is . Some timewasters but Charlotte was always calm and very pleasant towards everyone. We found both Andy and Charlotte very easy and hardworking.
Charlotte was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole sale process. We couldn’t be happier with the result - highly recommended.
