About Andy

Growing up in Central Hawkes Bay, Andy Lee has strong passion for the local community and the people that belong to it. Since coming back to the Central Hawkes Bay area four years ago, Andy is very excited to give back to the local region which provided him with a great upbringing. ‘

Over the years Andy has been involved with many sheep and beef systems among the wider industry through shepherding roles to managing farms. Working with agricultural professionals and farmers across the sector, he has gained significant experience in multiple aspects of farming.  With this on-farm experience along with theoretical knowledge (Bachelor of Commerce in Agriculture) switching to real estate was a natural step, as Andy has a clear picture of what to look for in a property and is well placed to offer solid rural and lifestyle property advice to clients.

Like farming, Andy is not afraid of tough work, setting large goals, and getting stuck in.  He is young, keen and passionate, something he believes to be a key driver to success. For Andy, there is nothing more satisfying than helping others in the wider Hawkes Bay community similarly achieve their goals, whether through buying or selling.

Working with him, you find Andy to be a genuine young man with a sincere interest in his clients, making an honest effort to get the best possible results.  He believes this is best achieved through communication. A skill which is a key part to making a successful choice, as Andy will ensure all clients are informed to the best of his ability with relevant information.

At a young age, Andy has already purchased his own farm - 60 hectares on the outskirts of Waipawa - and is poised to have a long and successful career in rural and lifestyle real estate.

Don’t hesitate to give him a call.
