Energy and enthusiasm are what drives this team member. Sam brings a strong Property Management background to the team with more than nine years’ experience having worked on the North Shore and in the greater Warkworth area as a Property Manager.

Sam completed her qualification in 2020 with Skills in NZQA Property Management Level 4, she resides in Mangawhai, is well-known in the community, and knows the area and the local market very well. Sam is professional, very approachable, and enjoys all aspects of the job.

Sam loves living in magical Mangawhai and can be found most evenings walking her chocolate Labrador Chip along the estuary or out fishing with her family on the weekends enjoying all the pleasures Mangawhai has to offer.
