Having cut her teeth working as a Personal Assistant for the notable Gary Kirk, Renee Anderson is now working alongside him as an agent bringing a fresh approach to the Bayleys Cromwell office.
Renee has always had an interest in Central Otago property, her partner owns a building business providing grounding in residential building and together they have built their own home. Growing up on a dairy farm, Renee is a Southlander at heart and is now a Cromwell local since moving here during her schooling years. With local knowledge of the Central Otago region she has the property statistics for the local area at her fingertips and can readily advise on where properties sit in the current market.
Growing up in Cromwell has afforded Renee an extensive database of business contacts. As an agent she is proactive, getting out and about in the community to make connections and bring sales to fruition. Renee can relate to the many purchasers moving into Cromwell, as more and more young families look to raise families here and make this fast-growing community home.
Renee has travelled to over 35 countries and spent time in some of the more remote places of the world. Hence, she appreciates all the more, the homes that this beautiful part of the country has to offer.
Renee is an outdoors girl and, in her down time, spends time camping, skiing and generally enjoying the many benefits of living in a lake district.
