Not an easy property to sell. Alan really had to do his homework to understand the work and the background of the legalities and the planning that had been done on the property to be able to give qualified information to the many interested purchasers and to have them present themselves with adequate knowledge at the Auction and to ultimately procure a suitable price on the day of auction.
