One of the longest serving sales consultants in the Waiheke office, Barry is also one of their top achievers including 'Salesperson of the Year' for all Bayleys franchise offices throughout New Zealand in 1998.
In his 24 years marketing real estate on the Island, he has sold well over 300 properties (over $200 million) including many waterfront and top-end homes. In 2000, he achieved the highest price ever paid on Waiheke, at the time, selling Little Bushy Bay for $3.45 million, Te Rere Cove for over $5 million and Wells Bay for $9.2million. Barry has now sold 70 waterfront properties and is considered a specialist in this area.
He also has sold many of the Park Point lifestyle land blocks he is responsible for marketing, but still really enjoys dealing with the cute little weatherboard cottages on the Island.
Barry's strong marketing background and acumen, his natural communication skills and his ability to listen, are key ingredients to his success.
