Philip has lived and worked in Southland for most of his life. He has a wide knowledge of the province, having been involved with rural business since 1976. During his 29 years in rural real estate he has developed an ability to ”think outside the box”, and put people and properties together very successfully. His commitment to delivering positive outcomes has resulted in strong relationships and an extensive network within the industry. He is recognised throughout New Zealand as a leading rural real estate salesperson.
