Leading people, driving engagement, training and development and change and transformation are all skills, which are second nature to Tarl. Her background has also led to experience and expertise in conflict management and negotiation.  Tarl’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management and a Bachelor of Arts majoring Psychology giving her exceptional communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure and an empathetic nature. All of Tarl’s skills and expertise are hugely important in leading, driving and motivating a real estate sales team to perform at the top of their game for the benefit of their clients.

Outside of real estate Tarl enjoys running, reading, buying shoes (she has 25 pairs and counting!) and generally enjoying all Southland has to offer with her young family.
