His experience at preparing properties for sale includes advising and assisting with tenants' lease arrangements as well owners lease back and sale. Alex's proven ability at dealing with a wide range of vendors enables him to achieve the best results for clients across the spectrum, from large corporates to multiple owners and individual owners.
A keen interest in technology and continued learning also benefit his performance and ability to achieve positive client outcomes. Over the past two decades Alex studied extensively at the University of Waikato in both business management and law, culminating in a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2014 and admittance to the bar in 2015.
Having started his career as a motorcycle salesman in his spare time, Alex continues to enjoy the camaraderie and subtle competitive aspects of motorcycling. He also enjoys fishing with family and friends in the Hauraki Gulf and at Waihi in the Bay of Plenty.
