Born and bred in the area and active in the sporting community, Greg Larsen has become a well-respected and well-known Morrinsville identity. Having worked in automotive sales for nine years, Greg has finally turned his hand to the field of rural property which he loves and knows so well.
Greg is a dairy farmer of 15 years holding an equity shareholding in a dairy unit in the Hawkes Bay which he and his wife, Tracey, converted from beef and sheep. He is proud of what this property has achieved after the “chin to the grind-stone” efforts they have put into it. Now, working for the successful Mike Fraser-Jones team as a licensed agent, Greg combines his sales experience and extensive rural knowledge to help vendors and buyers similarly find success in their own property journeys.
Greg’s rural background enables him to understand the needs and requirements of other farmers and lifestylers, but he engages well with people from all walks of life. He respects the significance of a property transaction – the largest most people will make – and works hard to support clients through this process, making it as simple and straight forward as possible.
A down-to-earth character, Greg enjoys engaging with clients, paying close attention to their unique situations and catering to specific needs. A good day for Greg is when he can find a successful outcome for both vendors and purchasers alike.
Greg is honest and conscientious and proud to have the backing of a strong team and the Bayleys’ brand as it resonates with his own, being one of professionalism and trust.
In his free time, Greg enjoys hunting and fishing and spending quality time with family and friends – including sharing a good laugh over a cold beer. He is a member of the Morrinsville Golf Club, Town & Country Club and a social member of the Morrinsville Sport Rugby Club.
