Kelly Hudson joined the Matamata Residential Sales Team in April 2022.

She is working in a partnership with Julie Dare, previously gaining 2 years experience working as a Personal Assistant for Sam & Margaret Troughton from Bayleys Matamata.

Julie and Kelly were proud to be awarded Success Realty's Top Office Achievers for the Matamata Office 2022/2023.

During her career she has built upon a great base of skills completing her Real Estate Licence and a Diploma in Business Leadership and Management. She has gained valuable skills and knowledge of real estate which she believes helps achieve her clients buying or selling goals. She has especially enjoyed learning techniques and skills to attract potential buyers through various medias to ensure maximum exposure for listed properties.

Kelly’s dedication to professional growth and staying abreast of industry changes positions her as a trusted advisor to her clients.

Kelly moved to New Zealand 12 years ago after marrying a New Zealander and feels privileged to call New Zealand her home.

In her spare time she enjoys helping her husband on the farm, being involved with her children’s school sports, school community projects and spending time with the family.
