Jan joined Bayleys Tauranga in 2013 to take over the reins of management for the Bayleys commercial property management division.  Under Jan’s direction this division has developed and grown into a full- service team overseeing a substantial and ever-increasing property management portfolio.

Jan has commercial property investment interests personally and therefore has a great depth of knowledge as to the needs and requirements from a landlord’s perspective.

Jan brings her innovative and proactive management techniques to maximise returns and asset values for Bayleys clients.  Her strong management, communication and organisational skills will ensure long term, sound business relationships are achieved which will give both owner and tenant satisfaction.
