After a successful career in funds management, Jim joined Bayleys in 2002 and rapidly established himself in the commercial and industrial arena, achieving Rookie of the Year for Waikato Bay of Plenty and later Top Commercial Salesperson for Bay of Plenty on a number of occasions. Combined sales are now well in excess of $400 million.

Sales in the retail and bulk retail sector have included Countdown Supermarkets in Tauranga, Napier Dunedin and Auckland; Kmart in Hamilton; The Warehouse in Hastings; shopping centres in Tauranga, Thames, Flaxmere, Wellington and Auckland, Mitre 10 in Te Puke and Placemakers in Hamilton.
Most recently Jim completed the landmark sale of Bethlehem Town Centre and adjacent properties (Circa $100m).

Activity in commercial, industrial and development projects in Tauranga have included the ANZ Building Cameron Road, the IRD building Cameron Road, Farmers Motors, and Tauriko Industrial Estate.
Jim holds a BSc, MBA and a Diploma in Financial Planning.
