Earlier this year a farming neighbour whom I leased out 4 hectares of land to, told me he was selling his 96 hectares of dairy land and tendering it through Bayleys and did I want to sell my separate titled land. I agreed and went into Bayleys Whakatane and met Rhys and his enthusiastic team.

Rhys advertised my land in local papers and on websites, he listened and cared and went seven times (60km return) with clients to view the property. Each week he kept me up to date with the latest viewings.

I never once had any hassles and feel Rhys had gone the extra mile for me. It was such a pleasure to deal with Rhys and the team.

The best advert is a satisfied customer and that certainly is what I am. I keep telling my friends, if you're selling Rhys is the way to go!

Recently, we have had the good pleasure to engage Rhys Mischefski and Larissa Reid of Bayleys Real Estate to sell a range of properties for us.
