About Annie

Annie grew up in the Taupo area and has a genuine love for this region. After completing a Bachelor in Business Management, Annie lived and worked in London, but has recently moved back to her home town.

Annie has recently completed her real estate salesperson’s certificate and is genuinely excited by the prospect of joining the dynamic Bayleys Taupo team in a full time sales capacity, having previously gained valuable experience in a Personal Assistant role for one of Taupo’s leading sales agents.

From a family background steeped in the real estate industry, Annie is determined to work tirelessly to provide the ultimate experience for her clients and of course to achieve the best result possible when it comes to selling your property.

"Thanks Annie for your efforts in selling our property. You showed great professionalism towards selling it. You believed in our property, dedicatedly carried on the Open homes & kept us updated by the feedbacks. It was our first time selling our home & you made it hassle-free. Looking forward of doing business with you in the future & will recommend you to friends & family. This is a brief note to acknowledge the friendly and professional manner in which Annie Duncan assisted us with our first home purchase in New Zealand. It was a pleasure working with her as nothing was too much trouble for her and she guided us through the subtleties of a home purchaser whilst still satisfying the seller. We understand she is fairly new in the reality business but we are confident that with the same honest approach she will do very well in the future and wish her all success and will make no reservations about recommending Annie to any buyers and or sellers. Great dealing with you. Good luck. Happy selling in the future.
