Ray Knight serves as a Commercial and Residential Specialist for Bayleys Ashburton.

A proud Ashburton native, Ray has 29 years of industry experience and is passionate about the area. Ray was trained as an Architectural Draftsman and is also a Licensed Building Practitioner (Design). This expertise provides a strong advantage for his commercial and residential clients.

Ray is an outstanding professional in both the commercial and residential market, this is indicated by the high number of repeat clients and awarded recognition throughout his career. He enjoys building relationships and places a high value on the traits of loyalty and respect.

Ray is partner of Jenny and they have two children and six grandchildren. When he is not spending time with their grandchildren, Ray enjoys gardening.
