In eleven years, he has achieved well in excess of $300 million in sales, and has been recognised for attaining the Top 5% of Bayleys Sales People across all disciplines, along with being ranked Number 1 for the Highest Settled Deal numbers in 2021/2022 within the Commercial and Industrial Division Nationwide, averaging one settled deal per week. Nick also ranked Number 1 for Bayleys Commercial South Island and Number 2 for Bayleys Commercial Nationwide in sales value for 2021/2022.
