Alex has been recognised among the top performers within Bayleys Canterbury, achieving Top 10% salesperson for 2019/2020 and 2020/2021, and securing Top 20 for 2023/2024. Alex has been in the real estate business with Bayleys since early 2016. Previously he worked in the tourism industry.

Alex has produced multiple transactions with well-known companies including Todd Property Group, Peebles Group, HEB Construction, Southpark Corp Limited and Ngai Tahu Property Limited, just to name a few.

Alex enjoys meeting and mixing with new clients and wishes to continually grow his business and client base by leasing and selling commercial and industrial property.

Along with being the director of the commercial division, Alex is an integral part of Team White, the highly successful commercial and industrial team alongside his father Stewart White who has been in the industry for 16 years.
