Stewart joined Bayleys Commercial and Industrial team mid-2008. Since then he has successfully specialized in the sales and marketing of investment property and completed a significant number of well-known leasing and property transactions. Prior to joining Bayleys, he had for 15 years, his own successful business in Central Otago which he sold in 2007.
Stewart has had a personal and business interest in commercial and industrial real estate for over 15 years. He also serves as a director and trustee on a number of boards and trusts.
Stewart places great importance on building relationships and his goal is to always surpass his clients’ expectations. He has a good work ethic, is trustworthy and well organized with strong communication and negotiation skills.
