About Ben

Ben's approach to business is a professional attitude, combined with a high level of enthusiasm, no matter what the size of the real estate transaction. Specialist training in negotiation and an extensive background in the rural sector ensures that Ben is suitably qualified to achieve the highest possible price for his clients' real estate assets.

Ben has a large portfolio of properties for sale across all sectors of the rural market - dairy, arable, sheep and beef, and deer, as well as small holdings - from the high county to the coast. Ben's team maintains a comprehensive database of buyers, categorised by their preferences, to which information on new listings is sent on a regular basis.

Ben is supported and assisted by a highly efficient and professional team, ensuring a quality service that gets results. The team consists of Pete Foley, Craig Blackburn, Evan Marshall, Judy Sparks and Kayla Dynes.

Pete has been farming and has a strong rural sector background, which positioned him perfectly for a career in Rural Real Estate, which he began in March 2016.

Craig has been farming for over 26 years and has been involved in many property transactions and development projects. Real estate has been a natural fit for Craig, with his in-depth knowledge of everything agricultural, proven performance and an exceptional understanding of irrigation and environmental limitations. He joined the Team in October 2018.

Evan has over 20 years’ experience in real estate behind him, and works across the full range of rural properties, including farms, lifestyle and bareland blocks.

Judy is based at the office and has several years of experience in the administration and marketing of rural real estate, following many years in banking.

Property has been a long-time passion for Kayla, starting in the Real Estate industry at 17 in Mid Canterbury. Over the years Kayla has worked as Real Estate Administration Support, Sales and Property Management in New Zealand as well as Expat Management in London. Kayla is based in the office, doing administration and marketing of rural real estate.
