As part of the highly respected and renowned Adam Heazlewood team, Olivia’s approach to real estate is founded on integrity, honesty and building strong relationships with her clients. Her personal philosophy of always striving to be the best, means Olivia has established a reputation for delivering better than expected results to her clients by ensuring that their property always stands out from the rest.

Before real estate Olivia built up over eight years experience in the sales industry including spending four years as a Senior Insurance Consultant where she won numerous awards for her top selling ability. Olivia decided to follow her passion for property and started her career in the industry working as the office administrator/ personal assistant to agents. Her natural ambition and hard working attitude saw her secure her first listing the day after obtaining her Real Estate License.

Olivia offers real value to her clients, as she knows both the front and back end of a real estate transaction, allowing her to deliver a seamless and stress-free experience. She recognises that every property is different and is adept at designing bespoke campaigns suited to both the vendor’s goals and target market. By firmly valuing people, her clients can be assured of sound advice as Olivia truly listens to their needs in order to produce a customised solution that is right for them.

Olivia’s experience means that she knows how to help her clients release the true potential of their property, by identifying areas of improvements or areas to highlight, before it is released to the market creating that ‘wow’ factor. Her proven sales expertise gives her clients confidence that their home is in great hands. Olivia works extremely hard to ensure they get the best outcome possible, negotiating with purchasers, often resulting in multiple offers or multiple bidders, to achieve the maximum price for the home. She values long term relationships and produces a popular monthly market update, which is emailed to people who have signed up, to keep them informed of market movements.

Olivia knows first hand how rewarding it can be to find a dream home. She is proud that she purchased her first home at the age of just 21 through hard work and determination. She is now building her second home with her husband giving her on the ground experience of new home builds.

Outside of work Olivia spends most of her time with her family. A dedicated ‘foodie’ she loves eating out, curling up on the couch with her ragdoll cat named Benji or taking her parents’ bichon frise called Elvis for a walk. She also loves giving back and has been running competitions in the school holidays where the winner from the school gets a prize and Olivia donates money to the winning school.

Vibrant, upbeat, eternally positive and collaborative by nature, Olivia harnesses the full expertise across the entire Heazlewood team so her clients benefit from literally decades of real estate experience. As part of the Bayleys Merivale office, Olivia is proud to fly the flag for some of Christchurch’s most aspirational suburbs. A house is a big representation of the people who live there and Olivia loves seeing her clients’ personalities come out in their home and takes great joy in making their dreams become a reality.
