When reading recommendations from others, it often crosses my mind whether the writer has expectations based on prior experience, or whether they were impressed (or disappointed) because this was their first interaction with someone from the industry they are recommending. In this case I feel very well qualified to provide a recommendation based on scores of real estate transactions over several decades. I was lucky enough to meet Frank Brookes at a time when I was considering selling my property, and this was my good fortune!
