About Fraser


In his 18 years as a real estate salesperson and now Director with Bayleys, Fraser Press has established himself as one of Wellington’s most successful commercial and industrial agents and also consistently features among Bayleys’ Top Achievers nationwide.

Fraser predominantly focuses on Thorndon, Kaiwharawhara, Nguranga, Grenada and the Hutt Valley regions. He provides sales and leasing services across all sectors of the market encompassing industrial, office and retail premises. He has sold a wide range of investment properties in all price ranges as well as many vacant or semi-vacant buildings, add value opportunities and development land.

Fraser’s strong work ethic and intelligent approach to real estate consistently sees him achieve great results - to the extent that much of his business now comes from referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients. Fraser focuses his clients’ property exposure in the areas that have most impact. He then follows through on all enquiries to ensure the deal gets across the line, with all parties comfortable with the outcome. His success has been based around good communication, regular and relevant market feedback, diligence and – ultimately – results.

His client base ranges from State own enterprises KiwiRail through to corporates such as Freightways, Bunnings, Foodstuffs, Rembrandt, PFI, Willis Bonds and Imperial Tobacco.

In the last 18 months Fraser has lead the project marketing of Imperial Park and Takapu Rise which has resulted in 120 industrial unit sales to owner occupiers and investors ranging in size from 50sqm to 200sqm.
