About Fraser


Fraser predominantly focuses on Thorndon, Kaiwharawhara, Ngauranga, Grenada and the Hutt Valley regions. He provides sales and leasing services across all sectors of the market encompassing industrial, office and retail premises. He has sold a wide range of properties in all price ranges as well as many vacant or semi vacant buildings, add value opportunities and development land.

His client base ranges from State own enterprises Kiwi Rail, NZ Defence Force and Meridian Energy through to corporates, Freightways, Foodstuffs, Rembrandt and Crown Forklifts and locally owned small/ medium sizes business.

As testament to the esteem that he has within Bayleys, Fraser was awarded the Bayleys Way award in 2013 and was invited to become a shareholder and Director of Bayleys Capital Commercial (2013) Limited. This company was formed under a new shareholding with joint ownership shared between Bayleys Real Estate and Bayleys Wellington Commercial's leading salespeople.

2015 was a standout year for Fraser being the number one agent within the Wellington Commercial and Industrial office and being placed in the top 10% of all sales people within Bayleys.
