Gabriella Troutbeck is the marketing manager for Bayleys’ Commercial division - overseeing Bayleys’ marketing strategy across all commercial sectors - including office, industrial and retail sales and leasing, tourism, leisure and hospitality sales, business sales and project marketing/development.
An innovative and experienced marketer, Gabriella is an authority in the industry - with 10 years’ client marketing experience across various industries, including property. Having worked in recruitment, commercial property, and for New Zealand Post in the targeted communications division, she has a dynamic and flexible approach, and an acute sense of strategy.
She is responsible for a range of initiatives specific to each of the commercial sectors Bayleys operates in - including tactical campaign planning and execution, project management, digital transformation and brand strategy.
Gabriella’s particular area of expertise and qualification is in direct and digital marketing. For clients, she demonstrates an innate ability to structure integrated print and digital campaigns and is passionate about introducing them to new and powerful digital marketing tools.
Gabriella is dedicated to pushing boundaries within the industry, and she is constantly exploring new and inventive ways to advance the Bayleys’ commercial brand, and to achieve sensational results for its commercial client base.
