When considering who to choose as your real estate agent to market your prized possession your home, it is imperative that you work with an experienced and competent person who you can trust to act with your best interests at heart. Gary is one of a small number of salespeople who have sold properties during the share market crash of the late 80's, the time of the Asian currency crash and the recession of the 90's. Talking to Gary is something you should do before you decide, he has arguably sold more real estate in the Botany and Dannemora areas than any other salesperson. His own personal Mantra is the vendor comes first and a testament to this is his continued repeat business. Gary has listed and sold properties in the area for over 20 years helping many couples and families achieve their hopes and dreams.
Additionally, and uniquely, he has worked repeatedly for a number of the leading private Builders operating here and to this day he has an unparalleled record of success with these builders, many of whom are now friends and continue to be clients. As a success orientated person, it is a source of pride that he has consistently been a top performer in this office and nationally. Gary has been in the Top 3 Salespeople for the Auckland Northland Region an astonishing 11 straight years, and in the top 2% nationally (i.e. Top 10-14 salespeople nationally) for the last 14 years. As an experienced and practicing investor he can assist in creation of balanced and manageable portfolios to provide improved retirement options. He has created many satisfied long-term investor clients whose portfolios have grown in an orderly managed fashion and is happy to share his knowledge.
Since joining Bayleys in 2015, Gary has been the No 1 agent for Bayleys Manukau Residential and in the Top 10% overall in the South/East Auckland areas.
Gary has lived in the Bucklands Beach/Pakuranga area since childhood, growing up and being educated here. A dedicated family man Gary enjoys the challenges of raising two children, Mitchell and Tyler and with the support of his wife Jo. The importance of making correct decisions and choosing the right options to benefit the family is high on the list of Gary's priorities and an area he is keen to help with.
