I listed my house at 71 Seaview Road, Remuera, Auckland with Gary and Vicki Wallace for sale in October 2021. They recommended sale by way of public auction. I believe I received an excellent price for the property, which sold at auction under the hammer. I found Gary, who was my main point of contact, really excellent to deal with. He did not overload me or harass me with too much information. He did not take up too much of my time. All the crucial information was provided to me in an easily accessible way. This was no doubt with the assistance of Gary and Vicki’s executive assistant, Brittany Broadbent, who was also great to deal with. I also sought Gary’s advice on some steps in the process, for example whether or not to agree to extend settlement date, and I felt that he gave me excellent advice on the appropriate tactics for getting the best possible price for my property.
