Geoff is an experienced Bayleys rural real estate agent, serving the wider Wanganui, Rangitikei and Manawatu areas. Having worked intensively in the real estate industry for over 5 years, and with a huge farming knowledge, Geoff has sold over $25 million dollars in rural property.
Recent properties sold by Geoff include; a 200 hectare sheep and beef farm at Colyton to an immigrating family from England for dairy support; auctioned 24 hectares at Halcombe; introduced the purchaser to a 568 hectare property at Tauramanui; introduced the purchaser to 321 hectares, Waipuru at Hunterville. Geoff”s experience in Hunterville as a livestock breeder and also his association with intensive farming in the region, provides knowledge to his prospective clients.
Having lived in the Rangitikei all his working life, Geoff worked for the Grace family at Rathmoy (intensive), the Duncan family at Otairi Station (breeding) and James Bull Holdings Ltd (intensive and dairying) at Rata, for more than twenty years. Since then Geoff has leased farms at Hunterville and Mangaweka.
His involvement with sheep dog-trailing both as a competitor and as a judge long and his association with the Hunterville Rugby club, the Rangitikei sub-union and the Wanganui Rugby Union is proof of his commitment to the community.
His wife Louise has been involved with the Follet Street Kindergarten for more than fourteen years. Their two daughters have entered the teaching profession and their son is a qualified carpenter. Louise and Geoff live at Vinegar Hill on a four hectare lifestyle block.
