Armed with a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce conjoint, Giancarlo (“Gino”) brings with him an IT and Marketing background that has proven to be integral to his work at Bayleys South Auckland Sales and Leasing. Gino is committed to expanding his knowledge on current market conditions and staying ahead on the trends. He has successfully implemented technology to increase efficiency and ensure transactions run smoothly.
Since joining Bayleys in 2016 Gino has generated an artillery of databases in the South Auckland areas bringing an expansive client reach, working hand-in-hand with already established local and global relationships.
Prior to his pursuing agency, Gino had over 4 years of sales and relationship management experience. He has worked in the property industry as a sales consultant, marketer and database manager, therefore forming a strong understanding of the New Zealand property market. He was brought up in a Real Estate family and has been exposed, from a young age, to investments, finance and developments – property is in his blood.
Gino brings a strong work ethic, diligence and an infectious energy to build partnerships with his clients and exceed expectations. He operates on the principles of trust, loyalty and innovation with a no-nonsense approach when pursuing his client’s best interest.
