Grant joins the Bayley’s team after spending the past 20 years working for several global organisations, both domestically and internationally.

Returning to New Zealand in 2013 with a young family, Grant has relished the opportunity to apply his skills whilst working alongside Mark Evans and the Bayley’s commercial team.

Client focused and results driven, Grant will work tirelessly for a positive win/win outcome for landlords and vendors alike.

Whether its leasing or sales, his experience and qualifications in business and marketing will ensure the right campaign is suited to the properties he is representing.

Grant also has experience in several property projects across residential, commercial and development, so brings a fresh perspective to the table and to his customer.

When not supporting the team or closing deals, Grant and his wife are regularly found with both of their sons supporting their chosen sporting codes of football and golf and Grant has quite the passion for motorsport too!
