In July this year we canvassed several realestate companies for appraisals to market our Queenstown property. Grant met with us and rather than put a price on the property he produced a marketing plan which totally made sense to us.

I have known Grant Coburn for the past 2 years in my role as Project Consultant for Crown Asset Management Ltd (“CAML”).
I am based in Christchurch and have responsibility for CAML assets in Queenstown which was 42 residential sections in Jacks Point.
CAML and its previous vendor were attempting to sell down their sections at a retail level and attempted this through a variety of differing agents and consultants. At all times Grant was available and keen to demonstrate his knowledge and expertise within Jacks Point and the greater Queenstown market. In fact Grant even sold a couple of sections before he had an exclusive agency while other agents and agencies only provided feedback and commentary but no actual sales.
