About Harry

Combining small business acumen with an academic knowledge of Auckland’s diverse retail and leasing landscape, Harry Taylor offers clients the benefit of qualified advice - ensuring they are superbly informed when it comes time to make the big decisions.

A self-starter who prides himself on transparent communication and relentless tenacity, Harry now enjoys a position working under Bayleys’ national director for retail sales and leasing Chris Beasleigh, while his own experience as managing director in sales has proven invaluable for clients seeking guidance from a professional who has frankly been there…and done that.

Motivated, intelligent and determined to be the very best, Harry has learnt the ropes of commercial real estate from the ground up – holding a supportive position at Bayleys whilst working towards a Bachelor of Property at Auckland University.

Today, backed by five years’ practical experience in Auckland’s ever-changing real estate sector, Harry prides himself on his relationship-focussed approach to the business which has seen him build extensive networks built on transparent communication, enjoyable interactions and above all else – optimal results.

Attracted to Bayleys for its industry leading position across the national commercial property landscape, Harry looks to utilise the leverage that comes with being part of New Zealand’s largest full-service real estate agency, exposing his clients properties to a wider base of customers and potential buyers.

Believing that property is the apex of the sales sector, Harry ensures each and every client receives a bespoke service with advice that supports, informs and helps to grow their own interests. If you would like to discuss your property interests or the market more generally, he welcomes your call.
