Jen Baird is a respected leader in New Zealand’s real estate industry with more than 20 years’ experience across private and public sectors. As Executive Director Auckland Residential she leads the strategy and performance of 17 offices and over 300 sales professionals across the region.

Prior to joining Bayleys, Jen served as Chief Executive of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ), where she drove significant digital, education, and structural transformation. Her earlier roles include Chief Marketing Officer at Barfoot & Thompson and General Manager City Growth at Hamilton City Council.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Management Studies with First Class Honours from the University of Waikato, where she was one of the first New Zealanders to study Chinese at university level. She is known for her strategic insight, collaborative leadership, and deep commitment to developing high-performing teams.
