About Jerry

Jerry Kek works in partnership with his wife Jenny who has over 20 years experience in the eastern suburbs real estate market.

Working out of the Bayleys Remuera office, Jerry helps to streamline the pair’s workload allowing Jenny to focus on securing new properties for sale and to negotiate beneficial sales outcomes.

Successful in his own right, Jerry’s background is in the finance sector where he was instrumental in cementing contracts with landlords, suppliers and employees. His astute business sense and genuine manner make Jerry a trusted professional who always has his clients’ needs at heart.

Diligent, hard working and focused on getting the job done in a timely manner in line with his clients’ goals, Jerry believes that building relationships based on integrity with people across all walks of life is what now brings repeat and referral business to his and Jenny’s real estate business.

Jerry has 30 years experience in the financial world which allows him to structure and implement well thought-out plans to achieve great results for clients.

Patient, empathetic and a reliable conduit of market knowledge and buyer feedback, Jerry believes that arming clients with all the relevant information he can enables them to make educated decisions.

Aligning their real estate business with the dynamic and reputable Bayleys’ brand brings added-value opportunities for Jerry and Jenny’s vendors, while the co-operative team spirit within the company ensures that their clients’ properties get the very best chance to sell.

With a strong network of contacts throughout Auckland, Jerry is a member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants and belongs to the Grange Golf Club.

Jerry and Jenny are well-connected in their local community and are members of the NZ Chinese Association, and the Auckland Chinese Community Centre.
