About John

John has lived in Queenstown with his wife and two daughters for over 20 years and has experienced the many market changes that have taken place throughout that time. His background and business experience has given him a wide range of contacts within Queenstown and further afield.

The majority of John's working career has been in hospitality, owning and operating restaurants and bars in Christchurch and Queenstown. He retains a love of entertaining and cooking is his favourite method of relaxation.

He is highly motivated to match his local insights with a friendly, straight forward approach to meeting the needs and requirements of individual clients. He has excellent communication skills, and always delivers efficient quality service.

To balance John's dedicated work ethic, he takes full advantage of the fantastic surroundings we are fortunate to live in, to go running, hiking, skiing and playing tennis.

Testimonial

I found John Archibald extremely helpful over the various stages of selling our unit in Frankton. It was difficult for us dealing with the sale from a distance and not meeting the people who were working on our behalf. John made this much easier.

I was in the position of dealing with the sale of the Unit taking over from my ill husband, when he - as an Accountant - had always dealt with such business and was the one who knew where to find all the necessary documents, or who to deal with. John was very patient with this situation and understanding.

I very much appreciate the time and effort John put into the sale process, his advice and his understanding of our situation. I was also very impressed with the outcome which was well beyond our expectations.

Thank you very much John
