Jordan joined the Bayleys Valuation team in Hamilton at the start of 2021. A Registered Valuer, Jordan has more than 10 years’ experience valuing residential property in Hamilton and Waikato, having completed a Bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland in 2009.

Jordan’s valuation experience includes residential dwellings, proposed residential development, lifestyle properties and insurance reporting. He is also very familiar with residential development, having completed several projects himself in recent years. Fluent in Mandarin, Jordan continues to provide prompt and high-quality residential valuation services in Waikato and also assists with commercial valuation assignments.
