Joyce brings to her real estate role extensive experience living and working overseas.  This has allowed her to be able to easily relate to people from different cultures, ages and backgrounds. She has worked as a finance manager in Hong Kong and China for seven years resulting in a detail-oriented and efficient work ethic. Following this, she was a personal and executive assistant for nine years in New Zealand and Taiwan, with almost four years of experience working with Bayleys real estate professional Angela Rudling. Joyce is proud to have learned from what she considers one of the best in the business giving her numerous skills she now brings to her sales associate role working alongside Angela.

Joyce focuses firmly on fostering highly positive relationships with everyone she works with. For Joyce, her clients always come first. She guides them seamlessly through the process of selling their home and her eye for detail allows her to release the potential in each property for maximum impact and result.

Her background as a personal assistant means that Joyce is incredibly efficient and knows both the front and back end of a real estate transaction. She has a true problem-solving mindset, which allows her to think of out-of-the-box solutions, often preventing issues from even arising in the first place. Her tech-savvy nature sees her marketing prowess extend to both off and online channels. Joyce can easily communicate with a wide variety of purchasers so her clients benefit from real market reach. She is multilingual and fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese, Cantonese and English.

Outside of work, Joyce loves spending time with family and friends. She has a passion for baking treats and travelling overseas. When she can Joyce also likes to give back and in the past has collected for the SPCA and Breast Cancer Foundation.

Joyce grew up in Bucklands Beach and graduated from Macleans College. She now lives in Farm Cove so she offers real grassroots knowledge of the Howick market for those looking to buy or sell for better than expected results.
